Key Responsibilities CNC Machinist

:

Set up and prepare CNC machines for production runs, ensuring all settings are correct and materials are loaded.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the setup or operation of the CNC machines.

Program CNC machines to perform various tasks such as drilling, cutting, and shaping materials.

Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.

Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and efficiency.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications pf CNC Machinist

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in setting up, troubleshooting, and programming CNC machines.

Proficiency with CNC programming languages and software (e.g., G-code, Mastercam, SolidWorks).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
