Summary of Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and engaging documentation that effectively conveys complex technical information to a variety of audiences. This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts, engineers, and project teams to produce high-quality manuals, user guides, and other related materials.

Essential Job Duties

Communication

• Collaborate with Turnkey, Engineers, R&D, project team and other stakeholders to gather the necessary information for accurate documentation.

• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment.

• Provide regular updates on documentation progress and challenges to the relevant teams and leadership.

• Strong foundation in writing, coupled with the ability to understand and articulate technical information clearly.

Document, Report and Presentation types that the Technical Writer would support but not limited to: Trial Protocols, Trip Reports, Verification, Validation, Deviations, Justifications, Waivers, Templates, Shelf Life, and Customer Facing Information

Leadership

• Lead the documentation process from planning through delivery, setting timelines, and ensuring project document milestones are met.

• Manage documentation projects (templates, storage organization, etc.), coordinating with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.

• Mentor and guide junior technical writers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Management

• Maintain and organize a repository of all documentation for easy access and version control.

• Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and style, ensuring all documentation meets the highest quality standards.

• Gather feedback to make necessary revisions and improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Journalism, or a related field.

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in food and beverage or pharmaceutical industry

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Working Conditions

• Moderate level of adaptability and resilience must be comfortable in an office setting where priorities can change at times
