Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Professional Practice/Clinical Resource Team the selected candidates of the Clinical Resource Team (CRT), will provide clinical expertise and will have the unique opportunity to build relationships while they work with team members on various units and across sites. Qualifications:
Candidate will be a diploma graduate of a recognized college or school of nursing or equivalent
Registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) or currently meet the eligibility criteria to register in good standing in the Temporary Class or General Class with the CNO
Experience with administration of intravenous medications within the last year preferred
Recent experience in acute care required; including management of a medical and/or surgical assignment
Current B.L.S.
Reliable and flexible individual who is willing to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment
Must have effective interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
All shift availability
Evidence of ongoing professional development
Patient assessment course (Preferred)
A positive attendance and work record is essential
