myAgro is a non-profit agritech social enterprise based in West Africa. We have developed a mobile savings model that allows farmers to invest their own funds in high-quality seed, fertilizer, and agricultural training to increase their harvest and income by 50-100%. About the Role:

The Program Associate, Special Projects is a critical role at myAgro, providing strategic support across departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to our farmers. You will work on diverse projects, ranging from program design to implementation, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure successful program delivery and scaling. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for impact, and experience working in cross-cultural environments. You will help design, implement, and scale strategic projects that drive our mission of increasing farmer incomes. You will be assigned to the Innovations department.

You Will:

Lead the planning and execution of special projects that align with myAgro's goals, managing projects simultaneously to ensure timelines and goals are met.

Coordinate with teams across myAgro to develop work plans that align with organizational goals.

Implement quality controls and monitor project progress to ensure the delivery of impactful programs.

Ensure that all services are designed with the needs of end-users (farmers and field staff) in mind, incorporating their feedback to improve program efficiency.

Use data analytics to assess the effectiveness of projects, make informed decisions, and provide recommendations for scaling successful projects.

Develop training materials and conduct workshops for our teams, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to implement programs.

You Have:

3 years or more of program management experience.

Experience working at the intersection of multiple departments, managing complex projects.

Experience working in West Africa or other developing regions, with understanding of cross-cultural communication and management.

High proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and other project management platforms to guide decisions.

Fluency in both French and English (required).
