Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Prepare the market strategy for assigned States aligning closely with annual business objectives.

Lead the sales process and project delivery in the assigned region, overseeing activities from lead generation to successful completion and achieving commercial closure through collaboration with channel partners or MDB’s.

Collaborate with and enhance the existing prospect database to generate impactful leads, ensuring successful conversion with the desired level of profitability.

Develop and manage channel partners for the specified region to meet business targets.

Prepare monthly updates including competitor activities, new business developments, policy updates, and other relevant information.

Offer insights on emerging business trends and optimal industry practices to enhance and fine-tune the business model, as well as improve delivery and distribution channels.

Engage in industry events, such as roundtable discussions, speaking forums, and other pertinent gatherings, to promote and market the brand as well as the services offered.

Work for brand visibility in to the geography by doing/participating events like Expo,Seminar, SME events with the help of Marketing teams.

Experience

Experience of 3+ years.

Experience of sales and marketing in Solar Business -This is must.

Experience of handling channel business and channel management.

Experience in using Advanced Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word.

Should have worked on SAP/ERP modules.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Graduate/Diploma/BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech from Electrical/Mechanical.

General Requirements

Technical understanding about Solar PV technology and EPC process.

Client and Channel Relationship Management.

Able to handle monthly sales revenue along with Channel partners.

Self Driven.

Knowledge of PV Syst and Solar Labs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
