Great clinic to build a new practice due to high patient demand, growing area and many primary care patient growth opportunities from Urgent care and Specialty provider referrals

Multispecialty (Urgent Care, CKRI, community pharmacy, ortho, podiatry, cardiology, pulmonology, general surgery, ENT, audiology, Ob-Gyn/Midwifery, urology, nephrology, diabetic education, clinic pharmacist, Mental Health, high tech imaging) all on site

Successful mentoring program for new providers who join our practice

Minimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage support

Clinic hours are Monday: 7:30am-6pm, Friday: 7:30am-5pm, and closed Saturday-Sunday

Job Description:

Principle Responsibilities

Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.

Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy and legal responsibilities.

Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management.

Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows.

May participate in peer review and quality assurance.

Job Requirements

Master's degree Completion of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner program required

Licensed Physician Assistant - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire

ACLS-BLS Tier 2 - Multisource required within 180 Days

Certification as Physician Assistant - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants upon hire required

Drug Enforcement Administration upon hire required
