Job Description
Your opportunity
We are currently looking for a Client Advisor Intern to join our dynamic Pomellato team based in Milan, Via San Pietro all’Orto, Italy.
You will have the opportunity to support the Boutique Manager and the Sales team in welcoming clients and sales assistance, in restocking and reordering.
How you will contribute
Support the team in achieving the set targets and KPIs
Support the team in customer service and customer portfolio development, helping to maximize customer satisfaction and customer retention
Learn and implement clienteling activities
Support the team in the correct application of company procedures
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in fashion studies or similar
Genuine passion for luxury
Strong communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity
Team worker and Customer oriented
Mastery of digital skills
Fluent knowledge of English and Italian
Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is also required.
