We are looking for a skilled and proactive Independent Handyman to join our team at Nandail Property Management. In this role, you will be a key representative of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional services and upholding our high standards in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general carpentry work, including rough and finish carpentry.

Handle bathroom upgrades and remodels.

Execute kitchen refreshes and remodels.

Paint interior and exterior surfaces.

Repair, patch, and caulk drywall.

Address minor plumbing and electrical issues.

Repair and install flooring.

Conduct general home repairs and maintenance tasks.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Maintain organization and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Ensure attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Proven experience as a handyman.

Proficiency with various hardware tools and equipment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.

Reliable transportation.

Flexible schedule.

Mechanical aptitude.

Contractor or journeyman license is a plus.
