Job Summary

This role shall be responsible for managing and directing the work of HR Shared Services at team across FAI by determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, expediting the workflow, assigning duties, examining work for accuracy and conformance to policies and procedures, and troubleshooting issues that arise. The role will have to lead, Develop and motivate the team through coaching; influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work, develop cross-functional partnership with internal and external HR business partners; support internal and external audits as required. The role has to define and develop performance metrics, monitor team member productivity, and generate appropriate progress reports for review by the leaders; Create ad hoc reports with the ability to manipulate data from multiple sources; Partner with process improvement team and HR Technology to ensure processes are documented; Drive continuous improvement to promote team efficiency

Competencies:

Onboarding & Candidate Experience: Organizational branding requirements, understanding of FAI's EVP and Organizational culture, Onboarding policies and relevant documentation (starter kit) in FAI and managing New employee joining process

HR Systems and Policies: Develop & conduct HR process audit for gap analysis, Design HR policy handbook, forms and formats, Utilizing and monitoring usage of HRIS and Identify policy/process improvement measures based on audit findings, transaction reports, employee aspirations etc.

Employee Relations: Latest updates on labor market trends, Applicable labor laws, rules and regulations and compliance requirements related to Employee Relations and Discipline and misconduct handling procedure

Analytics: Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques

Governance: Monitor and ensure adherence to SLA's (quality, volumes and timelines), Make clarifications on delivery standards and Support in continuous improvement through prompt issue resolutions

Vendor Management: Empaneled suppliers (vendors) and their service agreements including MSAs and Local country agreements, Quality parameters and Supplier Audit techniques

HR Shared Service / HR Operations from hire to exit:

Customer delivery experience

HRMS and CRM tool, like PeopleSoft, workday, ServiceNow etc

People management experience

Ability to challenge status quo

Customer focused and good stakeholder manager with inter-personal skills

Knowledge in Labor law and Statutory dealings

Audit facing experience

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant experience in HR.

HR work experience of 8 to 10 years.
