Where You'll Come In

We are seeking a Brand Social Media Director. This person will build our social media presence. Their work will help us reach our goals. It will also strengthen our image among car enthusiasts and customers looking for new vehicles. Additionally, we want to attract service technicians and dealership staff seeking jobs. Finally, we aim to connect with customers needing vehicle services. You will use your skills in branding and communication to create a social media schedule. You will implement this by turning our goals into actions on social media. Your efforts will be key in raising awareness of the Patriot Dealer Group on social media. By showcasing our unique offerings, we can reach and build new customer relationships.

How You'll Make An Impact

Manage our social media presence. This includes market research, competitive analysis, and brand positioning. We aim to set our services and products apart in the social space.

Highlight opportunities for communication and develop actionable plans that align with the company's objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.

Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral to effectively communicate our brand message.

Utilize data and market insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement in brand performance.

Manage the social media budget effectively in collaboration with the Brand Operations function, allocating resources to maximize returns and achieve business objectives.

Keep up with industry trends, social media trends, and consumer behavior. Look for new platforms to find opportunities for brand growth and innovation.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

We're Excited About You Because

You have at least 3-5 years of experience in marketing or social media roles. This includes work in brand planning and communications planning.

You have a strong history of creating and using successful social media strategies. These strategies help increase brand awareness and growth.

You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

You have demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals.

You are a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation in social media.

You can succinctly articulate a compelling argument and write clearly.

Office Guidelines

The social media director will have a homebase office in our Patriot Chevrolet of Limerick location. The role involves filming and collecting content for all three dealerships. The employee can decide how to gather their weekly content. We ask that you be present in person from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You should also be available for occasional weekend events to shoot content as needed.

In addition to your base compensation offer, you will also receive spiffs and bonuses for hitting certain goals. These goals will be determined between the employee & employer. For Example: For each social media platform that gains “XXX” amount of followers, the employee will earn “XXX.”
