Pay rate: $18-20/hour

Shift: 2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm, Monday to Friday

First week training will be 1st shift, then 2nd shift 3pm-11:30pm M-F with some OT and Weekends following that.

Temporary contract position with Raise with potential for fulltime with ADM.

Completion of Background Check required before offer.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for cleaning and painting.

Perform and follow all safety procedures outlined in company written procedures.

Work cooperatively with management team and co-workers.

Qualifications to be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria: Commitment to ADM'S goal of achieving a zero injury culture, understand and follow company procedures, ability to learn and understand necessary quality controls and procedures, ability to plan, organize and perform with limited supervision, exhibit prompt and regular attendance.

Able to meet physical requirements of the position, including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces, from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.) lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed
