Compensation:

Pay Type: Hourly plus production quarterly bonus incentives, in accordance with EXL’s policies

Total compensation for this position is a combination of the posted hourly base rate range plus quarterly production bonus incentives

Hourly base rate range is dependent upon job specific experience and location.

Production bonus incentive goals are reviewed and paid quarterly
