As our Director of Warehousing & Production Operations, you'll dive deep into the operations, bringing subject matter expertise and efficiency to all we do. Your leadership will ensure that we are continuously improving and that our operations remain ahead of the curve, all while fostering a collaborative and humble team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
High-Impact Responsibilities
Keep up with market demands, trends, and industry knowledge for the betterment and continual improvement of our systems, processes, and people
Obtain approval for the food safety plan, critical for Costco partnership
Ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered in the most efficient way possible
Implement and maximize a house management system with a focus on automation
Team and Leadership
Provide mentorship and continual training to elevate the team
Introduce new thinking and mitigate friction in processes
Extract and document expertise to improve processes
Compliance and Operations
Manage paperwork, inspections, and maintain compliance with new standards
Oversee daily routines and ensure consistent instructions for new practices
Drive cost efficiency through technology and scaling
Metrics and Customer Focus
Monitor labor efficiencies, percent of sale, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
Advocate for the end customer, ensuring their satisfaction with the product
*This is a full-time, onsite role based out of Columbus, OH*
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
3+ years’ experience managing a staff of 50+ employees
3+ years’ experience in item fulfillment or warehousing
Proven history of implementing metrics and processes
Experience with software system analysis
Experience in customer-facing roles
Preferred
Experience managing a staff of 100+ employees
Experience in manufacturing or food processes
Experience in inventory management and procurement
Experience managing a customer service team
Desired
Experience with item procurement, including price negotiations
Familiarity with organic processes in manufacturing or food production
Certified in HACCP, PCQI, and FSPCA
Experience implementing OSHA safety practices
Certification or experience with Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma
Experience with NetSuite

Salary: 105k – 115k + performance bonus
