Janitorial Building Lead

Monday - Friday 4:00pm-12:30am

The Janitorial Building Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance operations within the facility. This role involves managing a team of janitorial staff, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met, and coordinating with other departments to ensure the facility remains in optimal condition.

Supervise, train, and work side by side with janitorial staff.

Address and resolve any staff issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Oversee the use of cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.

Place orders for supplies and ensure proper storage and usage.

Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints from staff or client

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Ability to work in various environmental conditions

Hourly wage $17.00-$19.00
