Committed to excellence, our client is currently seeking a skilled Travel Sales Agent to join their team at the office located in Amsterdam Central.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for sales in Europe, Africa, and France. As a Travel Sales Agent, you’ll provide excellent service to clients over the phone and via email, handling bookings, payments, and customer data. You'll also engage in sales events, handle complaints, and perform back-office tasks after completing internal training.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a professional attitude and build lasting relationships
Understand customer needs to recommend personalized travel experiences
Identify business opportunities and increase sales by upselling services
Update client databases and track complaints
Who we are looking for:
Some experience in a client-facing role
Able to commute the Amsterdam office every day, 5 days a week
Able to work in a shift where you are expected to work 2-3 Saturdays in a month
