Pay: $100,000 – $110,000 per year

You will manage HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and digital systems to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cost-effective and timely preventative, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs.
Design, operate, maintain, and document control systems for real properties and 300+ employees, covering BMS, fire/life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical (lighting, UPS, generators, primary switch gear), digital systems (fire alarm, duress, card access), temperature control, and critical environments.
Maintain and organize facility drawings, including keeping building drawings up-to-date and reviewing other engineers' documentation.
Identify problems and related technical issues, providing long-term solutions using technical problem-solving methods to meet customer needs.
Manage projects of small to moderate size, contributing to determining the feasibility of goals and objectives.
Utilize Building Management Systems (BMS) to analyze trends, monitor equipment, and ensure they run within specifications.
Respond to building monitoring system alerts 24/7.Requirements:
Associate degree or trade school certification in controls, electrical, or HVAC.
2 years of progressive work experience in building operations, ideally within a laboratory facility.
Knowledge of ASi Controls, IntelliFront, BACnet (or other BMS), and Manager+ (or other CMMS).
Extensive understanding of building practices, codes, and regulations.
Strong skills using PDCA, M-FMEA, or Six Sigma methods.
Ability to foster a collaborative team environment with clear and effective communication.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer systems relevant to building management and operations.
