ROE Dental Laboratory is a premier provider of dental prosthetics and lab services, catering to dental professionals nationwide. We are currently seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team and drive growth within our Columbus, OH territory.

Role Overview

As a Territory Sales Representative at ROE Dental Laboratory, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and fostering strong relationships with dental offices. Your primary focus will be on generating new business while nurturing and enhancing existing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive sales plan, including prospecting, cold-calling, and maintaining current accounts.

Client Management: Allocate 40% of your time to nurturing existing customer relationships and 60% to acquiring new clients through visits and calls.

Sales Analysis: Review customer sales data to identify opportunities for increasing revenue from existing accounts.

Partnership Building: Cultivate relationships with dental distributors and manufacturers to enhance service offerings and support.

CRM Utilization: Accurately record all sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce.com.

Industry Expertise: Stay updated on dental products, technologies, clinical research, and competitive landscape.

Engagement: Represent ROE Dental Laboratory at trade shows, dental study clubs, and internal meetings. Promote our continuing education programs.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate’s Degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience in a dental office/laboratory.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, ideally in the dental industry, or relevant dental environment experience.

Skills: Demonstrated initiative, exceptional customer service, strong planning and organizational abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven negotiation and presentation capabilities.

Success: Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Technical Proficiency: General computer skills with knowledge of MS Office. Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com, is advantageous.

License: Valid driver’s license required.
