Senior Regulatory, Oversight, and Monitoring Representative

SourceAmerica is searching for a Senior Regulatory, Oversight, and Monitoring Representative to join its team. This position serves as the ROM POC for phase-in and surge protection plans, coordinating and facilitating the process from start to finish with NPAs, accounts managers, and PLM team for new PL additions, transfers, and ratio-related corrective actions. Provides guidance to account managers and NPAs in the ratio-related corrective action resolution decision analysis, assisting in preparing required supporting documentation, and validating the reasonableness of proposed plans. Also, as applicable, serves as backup to the QER, AR&C and Initial Qualification Process to support the ROM Reporting unit.

Our network of Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs) perform service and product contracts mainly for Federal agencies and help employ over 36,000+ people with disabilities nationally.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Regulatory, Oversight, and Monitoring Representative, your work functions will include but are not limited to the following. A full position description will be given to candidates at the time of the interview.

Coordinate and facilitate phase-in/surge protection requests with NPAs and SA team members to ensure sound decisions are made and regulatory controls are exercised.

Ensure supporting documentation for phase-in/surge protection requests meet Commission and SA standards and assist NPAs and SA team members with preparation of documentation as needed.

Review corrective action documentation to ensure completeness of remediation as assigned.

Review internal controls over phase-in and corrective action processes periodically to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Serve as back up to the QER, AR&C and Initial Qualification Processes.

Other responsibilities will be assigned as organizational needs arise.

Salary Range

The salary for this position falls in a range between $100,000 - $129,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution instead of applicable skills training. SourceAmerica recognizes 1.5 years of experience = 1 year of college, should the candidate not meet the educational requirement.

7 years relevant work experience.

Demonstrated knowledge, understanding or application of audit principles, concepts and practices related to statutory requirements. (Strongly preferred)

Driving improvement in regulatory aspects of the quality system and in developing processes and documenting procedures to ensure an effective Quality System is maintained.

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years relevant work experience.

Knowledge of Federal contractor requirements and regulatory and quality systems is preferred.

Knowledge of the following regulatory requirements is strongly preferred: Code of Federal Regulations, AbilityOne Program, OSHA, CDC Safety Precautions, Drug-free Workplace Act, and Contractor Code of Business Ethics & Conduct.

Driving improvement in regulatory aspects of the quality system and in developing processes and documenting procedures to ensure an effective Quality System is maintained.

Knowledge of Nonprofits and the AbilityOne program.

We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as our primary business application system for much of our office processes— experience with D365 or using similar methods is preferred.

Work Environment

Our organization offers both a hybrid work model—where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek—as well as a fully remote work model, depending on the job requirements and one’s proximity to one of our offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or the Washington, DC-area.
