POSITION: Facilities Engineer

LOCATION: Manila

WORK SET UP: ON SITE everyday - 6 days a week

JOB QUALIFICATION :

Bachelors/College Degree Electrical/Mechanical Engineering,

With Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam)

At least Two (2) years of work experience in the related field

Required Technical Skills: Leadership Skills, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, Decision-Making Skills

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Setting-up of vendor's SLA and KPI. (e.g., Preventive Maintenance of Elevator, Air-Conditioning System, Fire Pro System, FDAS, etc.).

Collate all documentation pertinent to building vendors.

Monitoring of Facility Operations, Security and Housekeeping. Report any irregularities in a timely manner.

Ensures that the Technical/Maintenance vendors are implementing the stipulations stated in the service agreement contract.

Develops and implements systems essential to maintain the facility and all machinery and equipment in the facility.

Ensures the equipment availability w/ minimal downtime.

Ensures that Tenant Requests/Concerns are attended and provides immediate actions/recommendations.

Make a regular inspection of the facility.

Ensures that the ff. health and safety equipment is efficiently functioning and properly maintained (e.g., FDAS, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hose Cabinets, Fire Protection System, Emergency lights.

Ensure that all accidents/incident(s) within the facility are recorded.

Compliance with governmental permits and licenses. Ensures that all pertinent permits and certifications are up to date.

Ensures that all files, forms, and other important documents in use are ISO compliant.

Prepare reports and correspondence.

Utility Consumption Monitoring. Ensures that Power and Water consumption are being monitored and are operated within desired parameters.

Conduct regular meetings with the team.

Assess the performance team on-site.

Business Development

Set regular catch-up meetings with clients and other stakeholders.

Customer Survey Ratings of clients. Ensures that FM provides the best quality of service to the clients. Creation of a mutually beneficial business relationship.

Suggests ways to streamline the technical process to offer the best service to the clients.

Participates actively in KMC activities such as corporate meetings, trainings, social affairs, and other company activities.

Perform other related work that may be assigned by the Management.
