What You'll Do

Weld rebar and other metal parts to AWS standards

Read and interpret 2D and 3D rebar and metal assembly drawings

Align and connect components according to diagrams

Fabricates by using equipment to clean, prepare, cut, burn, and weld pieces; setting-up and measuring assemblies; determining appropriate welding method

Weld and solder materials together effectively

Responsible for maintaining and promoting a safe work environment for all employees & customers

Ability to multitask and prioritize managing multiple projects with competing deadlines

Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture

Perform additional duties as needed

What You'll Need

Ability to lift heavy machinery, tools, and components

Experience with stick, MIG, and wire feed welding

Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions

Able to work overtime as business requires

Must be able to stand for long periods of time
