Corepack Dresser

Corepack Dresser Hemel Hempstead Up to £26,700 Our client, a Manufacturing firm, seek a Corepack Dresser who will join the team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities: Deburring, dressing / fettling of Corepacks after build / machining operations using equipment such as hand tools, shot blasting machines and drilling equipment- as laid out in the work instructions, to ensure a consistently high-quality product is produced.

Degreasing laminations in preparation for coating / building using enclosed solvent degreasing machines - based on production plans and priorities set by Corepack Management.

Comply with the procedures, customer process specifications and required standards relevant to the processing of the product.

Resolve any issues within their ability, including machine maintenance, notifying the Corepack management of any issues which they are unable to resolve in a timely manner.

Ensure accurate job timings are recorded within the Company’s ERP system, Javelin, by scanning on and off jobs.

The successful candidate should have previous Aerospace experience or similar manufacturing/engineering background with excellent attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination with the use of hand tools e.g.
