Product
Safeguard quality of the product
Coordinate technical impediments, organize escalations if needed
Observe and act on technical debt
Identify risks
Monitor and fine-tune costs (Azure resources, network traffic, storage etc.)
Product Owner support
Keep PO pro-active informed regarding the status of impediments, incidents or user stories with high importance
Assist PO in stakeholder meetings and requirement engineering
Validate if a proposed requirement is technically possible
Rough estimate of required effort
Assist PO in translating business requirements to user stories
Communication with other leads and architect
Share knowledge
Discuss improvements in our way-of-work
Discuss improvements/adjustments in our current tech stack
Discuss how to adopt technical or operational changes within Robeco (e.g. security or compliance adjustments)
Take an active role in equally dividing cross-team development tasks
