Role Overview As a Student Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting students in both residential and educational settings.

Key responsibilities include: * Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the students needs * Facilitating access to learning with tailored, personalised strategies, whether one:on:one or in group settings * Promoting student independence * Documenting and maintaining individual student records in collaboration with teachers and specialised staff * Assisting students in their residential settings and contributing to various meetings and classroom activities * Handling administrative tasks * Ensuring high standards of hygiene and welfare at all times About You While previous experience is beneficial, they primarily seek individuals who share the qualities of their current Student Support Assistants: * Are you passionate about helping students succeed?
