Overview

The Assistant Manager (AM) of General Administration and Infrastructure Development at our Building Material company in Delhi plays a crucial role in overseeing the administrative functions and infrastructure development to support the organization's operations and growth. We are looking for detail-oriented and Proactive Admin and Facilities person support our General Administration, layout design, infra, assets management, Tracking of AMC and achieving cost reduction through materials management. This role entails overseeing day-today office operations and coordination with internal and external customers. Data, Report & inventory management with expertise in MS Excel, word & Power Point.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage the general administrative functions of the organization.

Oversee the development and maintenance of infrastructure, including buildings, facilities, and utilities.

Collaborate with internal departments to assess and address infrastructure needs and development projects.

Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards for the organization's facilities and infrastructure.

Processing of invoices and maintain records, spreadsheets and databases as Monthly Rent/GST Payment, Monthly Expenses Report (CAPEX/OPEX), Documentation of Lease Agreement Files, SLA Renewal Report, Printing Stationary, Petty Cash Reports, CUG SIM, Data SIM and Branch Visits etc.

Manage administrative and infrastructure budgets and resources effectively.

Supervise the maintenance and security of buildings, equipment, and other assets.

Implement and maintain processes for efficient facility management.

Provide leadership in implementing sustainability and environmental initiatives.

Manage vendor relationships and contracts for infrastructure-related services.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for administrative and infrastructure processes.

Coordinate office logistics, including space planning and office relocations.

Develop and implement security and emergency preparedness plans.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and safety of infrastructure and facilities.

Supervise a team of administrative and facility management staff.

Report on key performance indicators and metrics related to administrative and infrastructure functions.

Skills & Experience :-

Reporting into the Senior Manager - Administration this role is paramount to the General Administration for ensuring our team members are spreading happiness and creating memorable workplace experiences

The Ideal candidate will possess on :-

Should have bachelor’s degree in any discipline

A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Administration along with facilities management.

Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills

Proactive, Good Planning and Prioritizing skills.

Proficient in managing internal and external stakeholder.

Self-motivated and Solution oriented.

Good Excel, PowerPoint, Dashboard knowledge.

Should be open to travelling.
