We are hiring General Manager for a leading Woven Garments Manufacturing Company

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

2. Production Management: Oversee fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control.

3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of department heads, supervisors, and staff.

4. Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality products that meet customer standards.

5. Cost Control: Optimize production costs, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.

6. Supply Chain Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.

7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards, labor laws, and environmental regulations.

8. Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, adopt new technologies, and implement process improvements.

9. Customer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with customers, respond to feedback, and ensure timely delivery.

10. Performance Monitoring: Analyze production data, set targets, and evaluate performance.

*Required Skills:*

1. Bachelor's degree in Textile Management, Fashion Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum 20-25 years of experience in woven garment manufacturing.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

4. Knowledge of textile production processes, quality control, and cost management.

5. Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies.

6. Excellent customer relationship management skills.

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
