Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer (771016)

Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions using C#, ASP.NET, HTML, and JavaScript. Developing and customizing Azure AD B2C custom policy. Develop custom .NET components, including web services, workflows, and plugins. Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability. Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements. Develop complex applications on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Create reports and dashboards using FetchXML, SSRS, or Power BI. Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 Portal. Develop solutions for the Unified Service Desk (USD). Write and optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures. Ensure data integrity and security. Use Power Automate for workflow automation. Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status and challenges. Document technical specifications, solutions, and best practices. May have the opportunity to telecommute from any location in the US as projects allow. May be relocated to unanticipated worksites across the US.

The experience and education requirements are:

2 years’ experience as a Software Engineer or related. Must have 2 years’ experience (simultaneous and concurrent with experience required above) with migrating large legacy data into cloud databases; developing custom .NET components, including web services, workflows, and plugins; portal configuration and programming; developing complex applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform with customization of entities, sitemap, and writing client-side with JavaScript; Unified Service Desk (USD); programming languages, including C#, ASP.NET, HTML, and JavaScript; Power Automate; T-SQL; Microsoft Dynamics platform, including OOB functionality of MS Dynamics 365 CRM module; and FetchXML, SSRS, or Power BI.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related/equivalent
