Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in electronics or industrial electromechanics
Medical Device background
Experience troubleshooting semi and fully-automated systems including test, assembly, and other process equipment.
Basic knowledge of pneumatics and electro-pneumatics, instrumentation, laser, vision system, electric motors, and electricity principles.
Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of computer repair/programming.
Knowledge in PLC troubleshooting
Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and vision system areas
Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
Availability for 3rd shift
