Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Learning Developer with a strong focus on data science to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models for various applications, with an emphasis on processing and analyzing large datasets. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust data pipelines, refine models for production, and enhance our existing ML infrastructure.

Develop ML Models: Design and deploy machine learning models for production environments using Python and ML frameworks.

Data Pipeline Construction: Build and manage ETL pipelines, integrating models seamlessly into various applications

Model Optimization: Optimize infrastructure for scalability, cost efficiency, and iterative improvement of models

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with data scientists, engineers, and third-party vendors on projects

ML Infrastructure Management: Maintain and improve our existing ML infrastructure, implementing CI/CD processes for machine learning.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field.

ML & Data Science Expertise: Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycle management, and data science libraries and frameworks

Python Proficiency: Proficiency in Python, with experience in data science and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch

AWS Skills: Familiarity with AWS services like SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, and S3 is a plus

Data Pipeline Experience: Experience in creating and managing ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and streaming data services

Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful, creative problem solver with a preference for minimal guidance in dynamic environments

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
