Job Description*:

• 5-7+ years of experience in Windows support

• Support for directory domain and authentication services: Microsoft Active Directory 2012 R2/2016

• Support for messaging technologies: Microsoft Exchange Online (Office 365)

• Support for messaging technologies: Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016

• Support for messaging technologies: Citrix

• Support for Single Sign-On and Identity Management solutions – ADFS and PING

• Support and administration for File/Data Sharing and Distribution solutions

• Support for patching and health check of windows Desktop amd Mobile Devices (Laptops)

• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with systems escalated from 2nd level support.

• Collaborate with infrastructure staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of all systems.

• Integrate appropriate industry standards and best practices as it relates to configuration, performance, security, availability, maintenance, and continuity of enterprise server systems.

• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.

• Monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports.

• Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure system-related products and services.

• Take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution even when other resources are required to assist in the solution.

• Promote customer service, teamwork, communication and collaboration within and between departments

• Experience in managing Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 and office 365.

• Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation.

• Experience in server management & troubleshooting using remote tools Experience in monthly

• Patch management and Vulnerability Management.

• Good Understand on ITIL Process, Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management.

• Demonstrate excellent problem resolution skills.

• Produce documentation to a high standard and must be proactive in knowledge transfer to other teams.

• Experience in Symantec Antivirus, Airwatch MDM, Enterprise Vault, Pingfederate, Direct Access, Microsoft Identity Manager and MoveIT will be advantage.

• Good Understanding of virtualization technology with working knowledge of servers, networks, and operating system.
