THE POSITION:

The Receptionist holds a pivotal position, tactfully providing hour-to-hour office operations while ensuring warm and inviting first encounters for our visitors. As a valuable team member, they actively contribute to shaping a positive office environment, infusing our company culture with exceptional experiences for both employees and visitors.

Front Desk Presence: In-person administrative resource setting the tone and leaving a lasting impression on visitors, clients, and employees Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Greet Visitors & Employees: Warmly welcome guests, clients, and employees as they arrive and depart the office. Provide visitors with temporary access badges and parking validations upon arrival -if necessary.

Stocking Refreshments, Snacks & Toiletries: Stock Stack provided food refreshments and toiletries as necessary. There should always be a generous supply of refreshments and snacks available to employees.

Conference Room Availability, Resources and Cleanliness: Ensure that conference room schedules align (with external visitor considerations accounted for) and rooms are properly prepared for meetings.

Incoming and Outgoing Mail and Packages: Receive, sort, distribute, scan and dispatch daily mail within the organization.

Maintain Office Supplies: Ensure that every copier and office supply area is well-stocked. Including filling printer paper and toner cartridges as necessary.

Inventory Tracking: Track and provide inventory of Office Supplies, Refreshments and Snacks to Office Experience Manager

Maintain Office Space, Kitchen, and Supply Room: maintain cleanliness & organization in common areas, including the kitchen and supply rooms. Wipe down countertops and ensure that dishes are washed or loaded into the dishwasher. Dispose of food in employee fridge on consistent weekly basis. Water Plants

Monitor Food Expiry Dates: check expiration dates and remove any expired products.

Fields Employee or Visitors Queries, Complaints and Messages: due to proximity this role will often receive questions and comments regarding our office facilities. The receptionist should direct those to the office experience manager to ensure that they are responded to and handled successfully

Facilities Requests: Request service/supplies via the building portal as needed.

Meeting Prep Assistance: Arrange snacks, beverages, and refreshments for meetings or events held in the office.

Assist with Catering: coordinate delivery (including pick-up as needed), set up food, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Backup Coverage & Assistance as needed to Office Experience Manager and Executive Assistants: serve as a back- up coverage to the office experience manager and Executive Admins as necessary.

THE DETAILS:

Location: Denver, Colorado

Travel: None to Minimal

Compensation: $27 - $30 / hr + 10% target bonus

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must pass comprehensive background screening

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

2-4 years’ experience in reception or hospitality related field

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
