SENIOR EXECUTIVE, CORPORATE FINANCE (PROPERTY DIVISION)

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with bankers, lawyers, and internal stakeholders to secure and manage corporate finance facilities.

Proactively monitor and analyze financial covenants across existing banking facilities, ensuring compliance and identifying potential risks.

Support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, contributing to budgeting, variance analysis, and insightful financial data analysis to support strategic business decisions.

Assist in the review and negotiation of new and existing banking facilities, ensuring optimal terms and alignment with company objectives.

Demonstrate a willingness to contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed, supporting the broader corporate finance team.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of demonstrably relevant experience in corporate finance or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.

Prior working experience with an external audit background is highly preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
