Join Our Team
You will be an Executive Assistant supporting our Chief Legal Officer as well as the Head of our North America P&C Business, both of whom are members of our Executive Leadership Team. You will report to the Chief Legal Officer.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working closely and effectively with the leadership team to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Managing multiple Outlook calendars (business meetings, conference calls, travel, vacations).
Composing and preparing confidential emails, memos, letters, expense reports, presentations and other documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
Prioritizing conflicting needs; handling matters expeditiously, and proactively with tight deadlines.
Maintaining daily operations and making suggestions for process improvements when necessary.
Developing complex itineraries and agendas including scheduling flights, arranging other transportation and booking accommodations.
SALARY: The estimated salary range for this position is $115K to $130K per year. This is a good-faith assessment of the salary range for this position only. In determining the actual salary within this range, SiriusPoint will consider a candidate’s relevant experience, location, and other job-related factors.
