PROFILE REQUIRED

- Good interpersonal skills.

- Ability to listen to customers.

- Demonstrate rigor and organization in work.

- Fluent in English.

- Proficiency in the use of office automation tools (as well as software such as Concept Spa).

- Ability to handle emergency situations.

- Similar experience in a hotel of the same category.

- Hotel school diploma / BTS / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
