Monitoring media & social media (managing our platforms Argus/Meltwater + press coverage from PR agencies)

Working on reporting and updating communications presentations

UBP’s internal and external newsletters’ content

Republishing rights for internal or external use

Peers monitoring (results dates + major news)

Update of the external communications sections on intranet

Update of journalists database and monitoring of our online engagement with them

Contribution on UBP.com (creation of news, pages, update of documents, coordination of translation, managing experts page (update of cv and pictures)

You will also contribute to:

media and video trainings

organisation of press events

handling media requests and distributing content to journalists and PR agencies

feed social media pipeline with press content and vice versa

keep up to date with best practices in external comms

support to organise video shooting (organise and coordinate on the D-day)

support on digital projects (research/benchmarking, organisation, reporting…)
