Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative (Marietta, GA)

Summary:

Join a nationally recognized insurance agency with a rapidly growing middle market commercial lines division. We are looking to add a talented and experienced Commercial Account Manager to our team!

Job Duties:

Product Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of insurance products and their applications.

Client Advising: Consult with clients on their insurance coverages, offering expert advice and solutions.

Workflow Management: Efficiently manage and delegate the workflow of your assigned book of business.

Account Maintenance: Ensure all accounts are maintained according to organizational guidelines.

Account Activity Monitoring: Service and monitor account activity to ensure client satisfaction.

Client Relations: Reach out to existing insured clients to enhance and "round out" their personal accounts.

Strategic Collaboration: Work strategically with sales staff to optimize client relationships and safeguard their business interests.

Special Projects: Perform special projects as directed by the VP of Commercial Lines.

Policy Review: Review policies and coverage for accuracy and correct rating calculations.

Administrative Processing: Process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing with precision.

Documentation Preparation: Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with partners, carriers, and vendors.

Marketing and Quoting: Oversee the marketing process and quote new and renewal business.

Qualifications:

Experience: 10+ years working with middle market accounts in an agency environment.

Client Meetings: Ability to meet with clients and discuss insurance mitigation strategies.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to delegate workflow efficiently.

Multi-Tasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Technical Skills: Strong math and technical skills; experience with EPIC or equivalent agency management systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 base + Bonus
