Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Interview Scheduler will play an integral role in hiring top talent and fueling our growth by leading all aspects of interview scheduling. This role is responsible for providing the highest level of service by facilitating a positive, successful process for our candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams. This role is integral to ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities:
Self allocate interviews to be booked via the Smartsheet tracker
Contact internal and external candidates to gather availability to interview if not received from the Recruiter
Utilize outlook/Google calendars to find availability for interviews ensuring they are booked within 48 hours of receiving the request
Contact managers as necessary if availability is limited to encourage prioritization of interviews
Ensure placeholders are used if necessary to block time in candidate and manager diaries
Schedule and re-schedule as required through each stage of interview and assessment
Schedule debrief meetings with the recruiter and interview panel following the last interview
Manage confidential information in a professional manner
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers as required to foster an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
Spot opportunities and raise them for continuous process improvements
Education and Experience:
1+ years of interview scheduling, recruitment assistance, or fast-paced calendar management
Working knowledge of Workday and/or other robust Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience using Smartsheet preferred but not necessary
Experience of tracking data in Excel spreadsheets
