Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor

Locations: Pretoria

Remuneration: R420 000 per year depending on experience

Minimum requirements

2 years experience working as a quantity surveyor (ideally the banking industry)

Knowledge and experience with CAD software

Excellent understanding of Afrikaans

Drivers licence

Own transport Advantageous experience/qualification

Quantity surveyor qualification

Experience in the Electrical Industry

MS Projects

Duties:

Compiling of Bill of quantities according to plans

Drawing of Blueprints/Drawing of plans in CAD format

Travelling to sites

Dealing with project managers

Liaise with clients Project Administrators to finalise BOQ and drawings

Salary: R 35000 negotiable depending on experience
