Position Overview: As the recruiter you will build a recruitment program that will deliver qualified applications to the needs of the community.

We have a team of 250 employees, with the excitement of acquiring a facility already in operations, bringing us to 300 employees.

Duties and tasks: Personnel Policies and Standards: Works with VP TMC to conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt, non-exempt personnel, and temporary employees.

Works with VP TMC to develop and administer recruitment policies and standards for all Taylor Community personnel based on best practices, employment laws, rules, and regulations.

Orders supplies for recruitment events Keeps Human Resources recruiting content up to date.

Writes and places advertisements for positions.

Builds relationships with community business leaders and vendors.

Sources candidates using a variety of methods to find candidates, such as databases, job fairs, schools, community events, social media.

Reviews applications for open positions and forwards to department supervisor as appropriate.

Builds relationships with applicants and candidates.

Works with VP TMC and department leaders to develop a process to best source candidates.

Acts as a resource to supervisors/managers with interviewing.

Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of human resource programs in relation to recruiting efforts.

Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to achieve continual improvements in efficiency of human resource processes and services performed.

Recruitment: Works with VP TMC to conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt, non-exempt personnel, and temporary employees.

Reviews applications for open positions and forwards to department supervisor as appropriate.

Manages the new employee orientation program and documentation in partnership with VP TMC and leadership.

Writes and places advertisements for positions using online, radio, newspaper, and television.

Identifies opportunities and recommends strategies for staff retention.

Assists HR team to maintain personnel statistics, records, and reports, including turnover rates, hires, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

Staff Development and Training: Attends safety meetings when requested.

Completes all required trainings required by Taylor Community.

Compliance: Maintains records, files, reports, and complete logs to conform to EEO regulations.

Maintains records of applicants and hired staff for governmental and survey reporting purposes.

Completes and submits State of New Hampshire Department of Labor Notice of Accidental Injury or Occupational Disease Form 8a WCA within required timeframe for staff injuries or occupational diseases.

Other: Works in a safe manner at all times.

Promotes in the workplace the Core Values of Integrity, Quality, and Respect and of being Resident-oriented.

Can function as backup to the HR team.

Performs other duties as assigned for which he / she is qualified and trained.

Adheres to expectations as outlined in the Taylor Community personnel handbook.

Education and Experience: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Desired Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles.
