Billing Manager
Description:
The Billing Manager will be responsible for Managing the AR & billing team and activities. Managing billing processes: Overseeing the billing process for customer accounts, including ensuring invoices are sent out accurately and on time. Making sure all customer billing questions are answered in a timely manner.
This is a mid-level position, hybrid two days in office, located in the Headquarters office (Rockville, MD). Local candidates only.
Essential Functions:
Managing billing processes: Overseeing the billing process for customer accounts, including ensuring invoices are sent out accurately and on time
Working with other departments: Interfacing with accounts receivable, credit and collections, and client purchasing departments
Auditing billing records: Auditing billing records for accuracy
Hiring and training staff: Hiring, training, and supervising billing staff
Monitoring changes: Monitoring, responding to, and communicating changes in billing requirements, regulations, and reimbursement rates
Maintaining provider enrollments: Maintaining provider enrollments with payers
Providing customer service: Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including customers and colleagues
Assisting with posting Journal entries
Assist with month end close reconciliations on a need basis. Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
5-10 years’ experience
Experience with NetSuite
