As a Lead Installation Manager, you will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform project management. You will, be responsible to assemble and starting up big industrial plants on the onshore and offshore locations.

As a Lead Installation Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading the execution of the project for both customer and internal organization. Playing a proactive role in problem-solving and prevention during the project life cycle.

Managing materials shortage; highlighting potential areas of concern and promptly driving other departments in solving issues, which will drive Flawless Project Execution

Identifying potential risk factors, which may impact the schedule and/or project financial targets.

Ensuring all Project financial targets are met through financial reviews in terms of revenue forecast, margin review, costs analysis and past-due review

Supporting the TPS New Units PM to provide the latest status and forecast of the construction and supervision incurred and to go costs.

Developing enduring customer relationships built on trust and reliable performance

Using internal company management systems, tools and processes necessary for tracking, planning and resolution of non-conformities

Representing the company in project site surveys, pre-installation meetings, monthly/weekly progress reviews & project closure meetings

Being responsible and committed to satisfy EHS, Quality, and Integrity company policy

Managing all day-to-day operational aspects of the site which cannot be solved independently and/or directly by the Site Team but need intervention/involvement of Head Quarter Functions

Controlling the flow of materials to be delivered at the site to fulfill the site activities schedule

Being responsible for preparing, compile and submit to the management for approval the specifications necessary for construction contract execution

Providing expertise and support to Sourcing in selection of (sub) contractors for site activities and drafting of relevant POs'

Providing expertise to PP, PM, IM and SM in the development of the site project schedule, highlighting and analyzing issues which may potentially jeopardize the project's performance and/or ability to meet agreed-upon deliverables

Supporting PP, IM and SM, in the review, update and revision of the Site construction schedule, as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

Participating in the Project Kick-Off Meeting in compliance with the company processes and with the support of the designated tools to immediately highlight the criticalities of site activities

Acting internally as Site Manager advocate to guarantee that Site needs are duly and timely taken into consideration by the company's functions

Participating in the Project Financial reviews, providing to PM the latest status and forecast of the construction and supervision incurred & "to go" costs necessary for revision of BCE

Travelling to and from the Installation site is required

To be successful in this role you will:

Have BE/BTech in Mechanical/Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication Engineering

Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Project/Planning/Installation Management, Field Services/Field Project Engineering in Oil & Gas industry.

Have good communication skills.

Have excellent Interpersonal and leadership skills and be able to work independently.

Have good problem-solving skills.

Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.

Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
