Millwork Technician

Position Summary:

The Millwork Technician is responsible for fabricating exterior and interior residential doors, stairs, and stair rails in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

Safely produce exterior and interior residential doors, stairs, and stair rails which meet or exceed industry standards for quality.

Cut, set up, assemble, sort, rack, mark and bundle job orders per given specifications.

Place finished goods in their assigned bundle or on the designated pallet.

Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.

Meet reasonable production guidelines.

Maintain safe and clean production area.

Responsible for adhering to all safety rules

Other Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Education/Credentials- High school diploma or its equivalent preferred

Training- Forklift, Machinery preferred

Experience- 1-2 years of previous experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Proven ability to apply math, writing, and language skills

Hours of Work: 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. / Monday - Thursday

Salary: $19.50 - $23.00 hourly (Pay is commensurate with experience, education, training, and skills)
