Licensed Architect Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture required.

5+years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.

Registered as a Licensed Architect preferred (or in the process of obtaining).

Requirements:

Proficiency in Revit is required.

Experience in Industrial Projects.

Strong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentation.

Knowledge of building technology fundamentals.

Proactive written and verbal communication skills.

Thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes, and trends.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for start-to-finish project management.

Consult with clients on the creation and presentation of interior design concepts.

Define project requirements and develop design criteria.

Manage scheduling, estimates, budgets, and planning for projects, including drawings, models, and materials.

Use software to design, sketch, and provide project drawings.

Professional client development skills.

Leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
