Team Overview and Job responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for the following processes and tasks:

Effective sales responsibility of Prysmian products in the energy, telecom, fiber optic cables

Developing relationships with existing and potential customers and maximizing sales and ensure customer satisfaction

Coordinating the entire sales chain and preparing action plans to achieve sales targets in line with the plan (sales turnover / profitability / payment terms)

Monitoring the market and competitors, gathering information about competitors and products in new markets and channels, enabling new formations in these markets

Monitoring receivables and credit risk

Solving problems with technical, logistical and financial assistance for identified customers, providing consultancy when necessary

Working in coordination and harmony with other departments, making customer visits and determining customer needs and producing solutions

Who are we looking for?

The Ideal Candidate should have the following skills:

BS degree in Engineering or Economics

Good leadership, co-operation and interactions skills;

Problem solving and organizational skills;

Analytical skills to make right conclusions;

Flexibility in traveling and willingness to take an extra mile when needed;

Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken;

Constructive and accountable approach;

Actively explore and understand customer needs;
