Responsibilities Include:

The Office Manager position is a jack-of-all-trades in support of our Operations team. They will be involved with IT, Accounting, HR, Training and Development, Company policy creation and Leadership support.

Provide primary leadership for company culture and morale

Work with leadership to solve problems within the office to create a great working environment

Provide process, systems and technology support for operational issues, such as vehicle management, asset managements, ordering and allocating supplies

Serves as liaison between multiple departments, insurance companies, and software vendors

Creates, documents, and implements office policies and procedures

Supervises administrative staff, to include HR, Training and Development as well as on-boarding and off-boarding

Manages company files which include all legal files and subcontractor files

Requirements Include:

Strong knowledge of office technology especially Microsoft 365

Possess and maintain a positive work attitude

Experience in training, supervision and motivation of employees

Must be Team oriented and thrive in a Team environment

Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $74,700.00 per year
