Controls Project Administrator: Assist Controls Sales Team to deliver solutions to our clients in a prompt and professional manner. In-house liaison for the Controls Sales Team with the Project Development Team, Fulfillment Teams and Finance / Accounting. Assist with identifying opportunities for controls growth and sales, and the corresponding activities associated with pursuit and closure of the opportunity.

Essential Duties:

- Provide administrative support to Owner Sales Controls Team

- In-house liaison between Controls Salesperson and other departments to provide outstanding client service

- Timely processing and routing of closed orders

- Work in Boland software tools to assist team

- Maintain communication with Project Managers, Project Developers and Service Coordination on projects

- Participate in client sales, as needed

- Coordinate turnover meetings for controls projects using fulfillment provided agenda

- Provide department related reporting

- Provide necessary data mining and client research to support sales and marketing campaigns

- Assemble RFQ/RFP responses

- Support Account Management Activities

- Coordinate in-house and external business meetings, luncheons, dinners and outings

- Cross training and provide back-up support to other Owner Sales Assistants

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education & experience

- Must have 1-3 years administrative experience

- Knowledgeable with MS Office and Outlook

- Exceptional client service skills (external and internal)

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, team player, multi-tasker

- Able to prioritize on daily events
