Welding & Sheet Metal Supervisor Qualifications:

5+ year(s) of welding experience

Ability to read blueprints and tape measurer

Ability to lift, push, pull up to 40lbs

Ability to work on your feet for 90% of your shift

Ability to work in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment

Ability to climb a ladder

Welding & Sheet Metal Supervisor Responsibilities:

Gas, Arc, or MIG Welding on parts or assemblies

Maintain and adjust welding equipment based on blueprints

Pins, Knuckles, Joints

Move parts by crane or manually

Inspect quality of welds and clean components

Secure work in fixture for welding or riveting
