PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Management Analyst (Program/Project), Junior to join our team in support of our client in WOLF, St. Inigoes, MD.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide Junior level management analysis and management support within the NAWCAD WOLF Air Traffic Control Systems Division. Work closely with the Project Lead and Portfolio Manager for all Division funding matters.

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.

Analyzes requirements, status, and schedules.

Performs management or business case analyses.

Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data Tracks program/project status and schedules.

Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Required Qualifications:

Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Less than three (3) years of experience in program or project management with Navy or other Defense programs.

Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.

Desired Qualifications:

Navy ERP experience is desired.

Education Requirements:

BS/BA in Business, Management, or Accounting or Financial Discipline

Education Substitution:

AS/AAS degree plus three (3) years of additional, relevant work experience or five (5) years of additional, relevant work experience beyond the required experience.
