Production Supervisor

A Production Supervisor executes the production shift plan and ensures that projects are run correctly, efficiently and productively. They assist the Call Center Manager in supervising a staff of Telephone Interviewers and Production Team Leads. Additionally, they are responsible for tracking the call centers shift progress and liaising on behalf of the call center with other relevant parties to overcome production obstacles.
