Business Manager, Performance Parts (PER) Business Unit in Asia Pacific Area

After the new delivery, our Performance parts services help our customers increasing performance, reliability and the running times of key machines and ensure high end product quality – to put it simply – for our customers in AP, we have specialists near to our customers to keep the production rolling!

We are looking for a leader to head our Performance Parts Business as part of Asia Pacific Pulp, Paper and Energy Service. As Business Manager of AP PER BU, you lead PER AP hub team directly and lead regional sales by matrix, driving the development of technical support, competitiveness and local sourcing and long-term customer relation. Improving both revenue and profitability on Area level will be your responsibility.

In this role, you report to VP, Asia Pacific Services and have a seat in Area Services operations leadership team where you play an active role in participating and influencing on key decisions. You’ll be based in Thailand and have the willingness to travel regularly.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, experience in managing Performance parts sales and delivery activities in pulp and paper business and/or process industry is a preference. You are a business and customer-oriented person with good leadership and negation skills. You know how to inspire others and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves either.

Key requirements:

• Strong knowledge in managing Performance parts business in Pulp and Paper Industry

• 5+ years’ experience in P/L responsibility and working in matrix environment

• 5+ years’ experience in an international business environment

• Experience in engineering management on delivery projects in process industry

• Great leadership and decision-making skills

• Experience in leading quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement processes

• Applicable Bachelor s or Master s degree

• Availability and willingness to travel regularly

• Fluent English language skills both written and verbal
