2nd - Supervisor/Team Lead (Detroit)

Quality Supervisor/Team Lead - $22.00/hour â 1st shift â Detroit MI

Preferred Skills:

Oversee the containment process, responsible for the laborers and the inspection of customer products for the assigned tables or workstations.

Responsible for the coordination of shift start activities prior to start time (table requirements, paperwork, etc.)

Ensure end of shift activities are completed such as auditing of paperwork and time sheets along with any necessary communication to the next shift Team Lead

Provide on-the-job training for any new work instructions when applicable

Provide input to Manager regarding performance

Preferred Qualifications:

High School diploma or, Associates degree or higher preferred

3 years of supervisory experience pris required

Prior experience in an automotive related manufacturing facility is required

Must be able to lift to 35lbs

As the Supervisor/Team Lead you will be working 7:30AM-3:30PM (not limited to 8 hrs only, expect 8-12 hrs if needed) and will be responsible for overseeing multiple sorting, inspection, and rework jobs within an automotive manufacturing facility.
